Prior to joining Paragon Insurance Holdings, LLC., Mr. Roppelt was the President & Chief Underwriting Officer for Coventry Risk Specialty a Managing General Agency specializing in the residential construction industry.
Randy has 30+ years’ experience in the commercial insurance industry specializing in alternative risk, commercial E&S and reinsurance. Randy previously held executive positions at: Roppelt Consulting, Pembrace Syndicate 2012, HBW Insurance Services, Alexander Howden N.A., E &S Intermediaries and Johnson & Higgins.
