Paragon is pleased to announce the addition of Katie Byrnes-Esteves to the company as our Director of System & Operations. Katie manages our agency management system IMS along with assisting us with operation workflows, 3rd party operations, and system vendors.
Katie has many years’ experience working in IT, Operations and Compliance for various insurance companies such as: Chubb, Travelers, Lincoln Financial Group, and Beazley Ins. to name a few.
